To ensure compliance with the Law on Certified Tax Consulting Services within the legal scopes The Mongolian Association of Certified Tax Consultants was established on December 23, 2004 on the basis of the Mongolian-Japanese Tax Accounting Association KaiKei which was founded in 2001, named as “Association “TINZ”of certified Accountants and Consultants” by a group of representatives from Ministry of Finance, general department of Taxation, audit firms, business entities, academics and researchers. After the “Law on Certified Tax Consulting Service” had passed on December 25, 2012, the legal name was changed into Association of Certified Tax Consultants as the legal environment for tax consulting services was established.
